HIRING BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER/EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities of the Role:

This position is under the Business Development team, and together with the management team, will be working as the center of excellence of the Vietnam B2B market.

The Partnership Development Executive/Manager will be responsible for business development, partnership and client growth:

Analyze market position to clarify opportunities and challenges as well as propose next steps, utilizing various data in and out of the company

Develop new partner and client relationship to expand company’s market awareness and create new partnership and sales opportunities

Analyze current marketing communication activities and define the appropriate strategy

Key Responsibilities of the Role:

Deeply understand product orientation, target market, core competencies and strategy of the company;

Develop product strategy, value proposition, product roadmap;

Attend weekly meeting, brief requirements for team Product, follow up progress to make sure timeline and process are on track;

Set clear team targets, implement guidelines, ensure that all members understand team’s objectives and work together to achieve them;

Proactively engage in end-to-end product cycle of research, development, testing, deployment and improvement;

Validate ideas with qualitative and quantitative feedback by conducting and analyzing user research.

What We Are Looking For:

At least 3 years in Product Management with a proven track record of building and launching good-great application products;

HIRING SENIOR GROWTH EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities of the Role:

Be responsible for marketing campaign and activities to acquire new users;

Research market, customer needs and customer behaviors for insights and ideas;

In charge of the overall management and execution of major marketing campaigns, promotional programs, launching of new product features, and other projects as required;

Work with cross functional team including data analytics and product development to generate ideas, and develop an end-to-end growth plan;

HIRING SOCIAL COMMUNITY SPECIALIST

Key Responsibilities of the Role:

Create and execute contents on Social Media based on Raise’s strategy

Build a community on Facebook/ Zalo/ Others, increase the number of interactions in the group, the number of members in the group, and the number of leads coming from the group.

Develop ideas & manage the community for company’s services/ products on social networks and forums.

Determine the community strategy, the goal of each community activity in line with the product marketing strategy.

Research user data, collect feedback from the community to coordinate the product team to ensure that it is in line with the set goals and plans.

Plan content (weekly/ monthly) and deploy content to promote products/ services, campaign/ projects,…

Build and maintain relationships with KOLs/ Admin/ Moderators in major forum/ communities

What We Are Looking For:

HIRING SENIOR MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities of the Role:

In charge of the execution of marketing campaigns, promotional programs, launching of new product features, and other projects as required;

Work with the creative and operations team for the execution of marketing and communication plans.

Create copy for Raise-related marketing collateral including: social posts, emails, flyers, web pages, product guides, training presentations, etc.

Edit and proof key marketing collateral to ensure brand guidelines are adhered to and messaging is consistent across services and the agency

Assist the Head of Marketing and work closely with PR Lead to ensure the Raise website is up to date

Act as brand guardian of the Raise brand across all media, including third party sites, agency profile sites and social media (Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube)

1. Mô tả vị trí:

Điều phối và làm việc trực tiếp với các cộng tác viên và nhân viên thiết kế trong quá trình xây dựng các nội dung.

Quản trị và rà soát các nội dung trên cơ sở dữ liệu.

Điều phối và hỗ trợ các hoạt động sự kiện online và offline giữa với các trường học và cố vấn chuyên môn

HIRING SENIOR PERFORMANCE EXECUTIVE

1. Key Responsibilities of the Role:

In this role, you will handle all biddable media platforms for Raise. You will be responsible for ensuring end to end campaign management, implementation and performance.

Analyze, track and optimize on an ongoing basis effective benchmarks for measuring the campaigns performance including keyword/placement bids, account daily/monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score, CTR, conversion rate and other important metrics and proactively make strategic recommendations to meet campaign goals and improve performance.

Communicate with internal stake holders on project development, timelines, and results. Work closely with the other team members to meet goals.

Monitor and administer analytics dashboards and key reporting MIS tools and regularly make recommendations for improving the data available.

Stay ahead of the competition by analyzing, keeping pace and regularly documenting search engine and PPC industry trends across web and mobile platforms, and adopting new/best practices on an ongoing basis.

2. What We Are Looking For:

Relevant experience of 2-3 years in Performance marketing roles

Expertise in Google analytics

Through understanding of Google AdWords and Facebook Business Manager
